PRICES FOR 2007(NB Prices are for the villa,with a maximum of 8 occupants plus Infant)
All prices are per week and inclusive of all Florida state and tourist taxes.
All prices are inclusive of all utility bills,pool maintenance(not heating)and cleaning of villa prior to arrival/departure.
Bed linens and towels are provided for use within the villa.
A refundable security deposit of £200 / $300 is required for every booking(to be refunded when M.C. has checked and cleared villa for damages).
To secure your booking,a non-refundable deposit of £100/$150 per week will be required.

Feb,March,April,May,June,Oct,Nov)…£500/$850 per week
July and August)…£550/$950 per week
