Location
VILLAMAGIC offers easy access to the US27-I4 intersection. This means it only takes 15 minutes to Disney World and all the other attractions in the area are an easy drive away. The world-renowned Championsgate golf resort featuring two 18-hole courses designed by Greg Norman is a mere two minutes drive from your vacation villa.
Shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants are all within a 2 minute drive.
Orlando International airport is 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes, while to the east Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.
Property Description
VILLAMAGIC has its own private heated 30 x 15 feet swimming pool, with a Spa for the ultimate in relaxation. The south facing proximity of the pool and spacious deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. Overlooking a natural lake and woodlands it gives a feeling of tranquillity and peace. There is ample patio furniture and the lanai also provides a shady area to eat meals al fresco or relax with an evening drink and watch the sun set. For the safety of children the outside deck area is equipped with a pool guard.
The spacious LIVING ROOM with its double-height cathedral ceiling is a real showpiece. It has a ceiling fan and patio doors looking out onto the pool area and lake beyond. A large screen multi channel cable TV with DVD/VCR is installed in the lounge, together with a cassette/CD player, provided for your entertainment. There is a Playstation 2 and a selection of music, books, and games for you to enjoy.
There is a professionally fitted Games Room with 8' Pool Table, Air Hockey and a Football Table, providing hours of fun for guests of all ages!
The fully equipped KITCHEN will more than cater for all your needs. It has a Breakfast Nook with table and chairs and breakfast bar with further seating. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in a separate utility room. All linen and towels are provided.
A separate formal DINING AREA with a stunning column support glass table will seat six people. Should you wish to escape somewhere quieter there's a SECOND LOUNGE area with double sleeper sofa and a large glass coffee table.
The UPSTAIRS DEN has a comfy sofa, coffee table and reading lamp, providing an ideal location for quiet relaxation or logging on to the free WIRELESS INTERNET to keep in touch with friends back home or gather information for you vacation.
The MASTER BEDROOM is the ultimate in privacy and luxury. It is fully furnished with a King-size mahogany slay bed and has patio doors leading onto its own BALCONY overlooking the pool and lake beyond. The luxurious EN-SUITE has two single bowl vanity units, a separate toilet, a large roman bath and a huge walk-in shower cubicle. There are also two large walk-in closets.
MASTER BEDROOM 2 on the ground floor is fully furnished with a Queen-size feature bed. Patio doors running the length of the room give you personal access to the deck and pool area. It has an EN-SUITE BATHROOM with an annexed door. A hairdryer, radio alarm clock and remote control television combi are available in both master bedrooms.
The DOUBLE BEDROOM 3, has a luxurious teak Queen-size feature bed. It is also equipped with its own remote control TV and is fully furnished to a very high standard.
BEDROOM 4 & 5 are twins and themed, so that the kids or young at heart will all love them. One has a Disney theme, whilst the other has a sports theme. Both share bathrooms and are equipped with remote control TV.
