Location
Our villa home is located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club one of the top Florida golf courses. The clubhouse is open to all for breakfast and lunch and the bar is open in the evenings for a relaxing drink with friends.
The gated community is a safe and friendly area, it has 3 communial swimming pools, tennis court, fishing lake, children's play area and a small gym.
Property Description
Pearl Villa our pool home, is a large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with south west facing pool set amongst Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, one of the top golf courses in Florida ,and only 20 minutes from Disney.
Pearl Villa is over 2,000 sq.ft in size and has 18ft vaulted ceilings and open plan living areas making it a very bright and spacious home. It has 4 Bedrooms, 1st floor Master King Bedroom, Queen Double and 2 twin Bedrooms on the 2nd floor ( all bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players ). There are 3 Bathrooms, a Large family room ( with cable TV, DVD player and a Play Station 2 ), a seperate relaxing Sitting room ( with CD player ), fully equipped Kitchen, formal Dining room, Breakfast nook and a Laundry room. Our new Games room has a 7ft Pool table, Air Hockey table and Swing ball.
Pearl Villa also has free Wireless Internet connection for our guests that wish to bring their own laptop computers with them.
First floor

Entrance hall leads you into the SITTING ROOM----Three seater sofa, CD player and radio, coffee table, and floor lamp.
FORMAL DINING ROOM ----with dining table and seating for six people.
FAMILY ROOM----Three seater sofa, love seat and a sleeper. Coffee table and lamp tables with lamps.
Cable TV, DVD Player, Play Station 2, Library of books and various board games.
KITCHEN-----------Fully equipped with oven,built in microwave, large ice maker and filtered water refrigerator, dishwahwer, coffee maker, toaster, all crockery and utensils and much more.
BREAKFAST NOOK-----overlooking the pool with table and seating for four.
MASTER BEDROOM-----King size bed with ceiling fan, nightstands and lamps. Large mirrored dresser. Cable TV & DVD player, and clock radio.
MASTER BATH-------Large tub, separate walk in shower, mirrored vanity sink, towel closet, bathroom cabinet with First Aid kit, hair dryer and large walk in closet.
BATHROOM 3…Walk in shower and mirrored vanity sink.
GAMES ROOM.. Air hockey and pool table.
LAUNDRY ROOM----Separate washer and dryer, iron ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Second floor

BEDROOM 2…Queen bed with nightstands and lamps. Large closet. Mirrored dresser, cable TV & DVD player, and clock radio.
BEDROOMS 3 AND 4…2 twin beds, closet, dresser ,nightstand and lamps and cable TV & DVD player.
FAMILY BATHROOM…..Bath with shower, mirrored vanity sink, towel closet and bathroom cabinet.
POOL

The pool is South west facing and 5ft. in depth at the deepest end. There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests.
The covered lanai has a patio table and chairs; there are also padded sun loungers on the extended patio area.
The pool has free solar heating, there is also electric heating for the cooler months for which there is a charge if it is requested.

Pool Heat

During the colder months we recommend that you purchase electric pool heat for an additional fee of £90 ($170) per week which should be purchased at time of booking. This is not always necessary during the summer months. It is possible to have pool heat added if you feel you need it once your holiday has commenced although worth noting that the pool can take up to 48hrs to reach a desired temperature
