Property Description
The Regency is a superb new luxury fully air conditioned detached home, located in the Retreat, part of the prestigious villages of Legacy Park Complex.
The Disney Theme Parks are only 12 minutes drive away, and Universal and Sea World are both within easy reach, not to mention several golf courses including the renowned Champions Gate Golf Resort nearby. The Atlantic and Gulf Coast with their beautiful sandy beaches offer a relaxing alternative as a day out.
This lovely home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5bathrooms and is beautifully furnished throughout offering spacious and comfortable lving accommodation and sleeping upto 10 people.
Outside their is a beautiful custom designed 30' * 15' screen enclosed private pool with underwater lighting for that late evening swim. In addition there is an attached spa for that extra pampering. The pool can be heated if required (additional charge). The extensive decking area is equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds.
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with Whirlpool appliances and island unit/breakfast bar leading to kitchen/dining area with sliding doors to the pool area. In addition, there is a laundry room with washing machine and separate dryer, and door leading to large garage.

The downstairs queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom with access to the pool area for that sneaky late night or early morning dip.
Upstairs you first enter a large den, with a large TV with cable, that includes a Playstation 2 games system and a selection of family games to keep the kids quiet in the morning.
Double doors lead to the extremely spacious master suite with its king size bed, cable TV and an en-suite bath with separate shower and walk-in closet.
There are two twin rooms with a shared bathroom, and a further double bedroom with ensuite. All have walk-in closets and those cooling ceiling fans.
The Retreat in Legacy Park is conveiniently located near to a Publix and Wal-Mart, countless restaurants, take-outs, malls and many other attracations.
