Situated under 15 minutes drive from all the Walt Disney World attractions and with Sea World and Universal Studios equally close. The beaches on the Gulf Coast are reached in just over a hour with the house being situated just 5 minutes from Interstate 4. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, entertainment and shopping are all short drives away. The community is mixed with permanent residents and privately owned rental homes. Construction on the site is completely finished, thus ensuring a quiet, peaceful and beautiful setting for your dream holiday experience.
Property Description
Pelican Cove is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites) privately owned home, complete with swimming pool, Games Room and FREE Hi-Speed internet connection. The house sleeps up to 8 people and is beautifully furnished and equipped to provide every convenience for your dream holiday experience. There are remote 76 channel cable TVs in every room, plus a DVD player and 999 channel TV in the lounge. The Children's Room has a VCR with videos to watch. A telephone and answer machine is provided for FREE calls to America, Canada and Puerto Rico, there is phone card provision.
Situated under 15 minutes drive from all the Walt Disney World attractions and with Sea World and Universal Studios equally close. It is surrounded by approximately 30 golf courses within 20 minutes drive, with the closest being merely 2 miles away. Cape Canaveral and the Space Coast – Cocoa Beach - are just over 1 hour’s drive, and Busch Gardens, Tampa and glorious beaches of the East and West coasts of Florida are 1 – 1½ hours approx .
On entering the house you come into the spacious hallway, and on your right is a large bedroom with a king-size bed, lots of storage room for clothes, a remote TV and a luxury bathroom, complete with vanity unit, lit from above, a bath, shower and toilet.
Walking down the hallway, on your right you will pass the dining area and the door to the master bedroom is just beyond.
This bedroom is beautifully furnished, with a king-size bed, a remote TV, lots of storage space and a walk in clothes closet (with a safe for your valuables). It has sliding patio doors to the pool area. The bathroom is the height of luxury. It has a double vanity unit with ‘film star’ lights above the mirror, an enormous bath and separate walk-in shower, and a toilet.
The other two bedrooms are reached through an archway from the main living area. These both contain beds for two, one being two singles, and the other a ‘day bed’, which can be left as a sofa during the day, or made up permanently into a king sized bed or two singles, which ever you require.
The room with the two single beds is decorated especially for younger members of the family and is furnished in brightly coloured fabrics and pictures; it has a unit containing a remote television and remote video recorder. There is lots of floor space for games, good storage and a built in wardrobe for clothes.
The bedroom containing the day bed has a remote TV, desk/dressing table as well and ample drawers and a wardrobe for clothes.
Situated between these two bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a single vanity unit and lights above, bath, shower and toilet.
A travel cot - bedding provided - and high chair, are available on request at no extra charge.
Back through to the living space, you will find a suite in navy blue leather, comprising of armchair, and a two seater and three seater sofas. There is a coffee table with a drawer full of brochures and information of all the exciting attractions, side tables and lamps.
Also, in the living room are a television, and music centre for your enjoyment, we have also begun a small library for your holiday reading.
When entering the kitchen area, you will find everything that you need, to cook a full scale dinner party, or prepare a snack.

Outside the house and reached by either sliding doors from the master suite or the lounge, is a large private swimming pool, complete with its own spa.
The pool is surrounded by decking, and a removable mesh safety fence. There is a Lanai - or porch - in which to dine if you wish, or just to sit in the evening and watch the sun set. Floridian sunsets are wonderful, in many colours from red and orange to purple - and Pelican Cove’s pool faces west.
If you are visiting our home during the cooler months - October - May, you may need to have the pool water heated, and this will be charged to your account as an extra item. Please see the Price List for details.
