Location
Our stunning home is located in Indian Creek, less than 3 miles to Disney - one set of lights and you're there! Our peaceful community is in the Formosa Gardens area and offers children's playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball court, baseball and football ground, walking and jogging trails and a practice putting green. The Formosa Shopping Centre is less than a mile away and offers a selection of restuarants and shops - a few hundred metres further on and tou reach the US-192 highway with an abundance of facilities.
Property Description
With all the ingredients for a perfect vacation, our impressive home has a full range of upgrades including a top of the range games room, south facing secluded pool and hot tub, WiFi internet access and PC, 52" wide screen high definition tv and surround cinema sound to name just a few features.
Decorated to the highest of standards and beautifully furnished throughout, we offer the ultimate in home comforts in luxurious surroundings.
We don't aim to beat prices but we do strive to provide a high quality, exceptional value vacation home for those looking for something a little more special.
Family Room
The open plan large family room has a 52" wide screen high definition tv, dvd player and cable tv with over 400 channels and a surround cinema sound system. The high cathedral ceilings have sky lights giving plenty of natural daylight and the patio doors lead out to the pool area. There is plenty of seating for everyone and we have a plush reclining sofa suite with a three seater sleeper sofa, two seater reclining love seat, corner snug unit and two rocking and reclining armchairs.
Swimming Pool & Hot Tub
Our south facing pool gives the glorious Florida sunshine all day and the spacious lanai offers some welcome shade. The whole area is fully surrounded by a beach themed fence giving you complete privacy and the pool and deck are screened to keep bugs out and let the sunlight in. The hot tub is the perfect way to relax at the end of a busy day at the parks and dining al fresco is a perfect way to enjoy the large gas BBQ. The garden and pool is attractively lit in the evenings to help set the atmosphere.
Games Room
A hit with all ages, we have an 8 foot slate bed pool table, 7 foot professional air hockey table and foosball. There is also Playstation with games, television and music system and plenty of board games for all ages.
Gourmet Kitchen
Our fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family meal and the large, top of the range gas BBQ is perfect for those balmy evenings by the pool. The south facing pool and spa is fully surrounded by an attractive beach themed fence giving you complete privacy.
Bedrooms
Our master suite has a luxury pillow-top orthopedic king bed, cable television and dvd player, ceiling fan, walk in closet and private access to the pool via the en-suite bathroom which has a double vanity unit, large shower cubicle and luxury bath.
Our second master has a padded-top king bed with cable television and dvd player, private access to the pool and an en-suite bathroom with full bath and shower.
Bedroom three, which is located at the front of the house giving a little extra privacy, has a padded-top king bed, cable tv and dvd, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
Shrek's Kingdom and Nemo's Underwater Room are wonderfully themed for children and both have twin beds and share our fourth bathroom.
All our bedrooms have Tv's and Dvd players and the three king bedrooms also have cable tv.
All bathrooms have hairdryers and we provide all your bath towels, pool/beach towels and linens.
