Location
Located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park at Legacy Park on Highway 27, close to the junction with the 192. This villa is ideally placed to visit all the attractions of Orlando and close enough to the major highways to explore the Space and Gulf coasts as well. We have installed a key pad lock and will give you the entry code on payment of the balance. No need to worry about going off to collect keys after a long flight or if your flight is delayed - the villa is always ready to welcome you. Full driving instructions will also be sent to you before departure.
Property Description
This new villa with its own pool and spa (can be heated) is air conditioned throughout. It is furnished for your every need including cable TV in every bedroom and in the great room. A DVD player with some films and an PS2 games console with a selection of games suitable for all ages is also provided. There is also a portable CD/radio so you can enjoy music in the house or by the pool. The master bedroom with king size bed has walk in closets and a huge master bathroom. The bathroom also has a hairdryer provided.The second bedroom with queen size bed has an adjoining bathroom. The remaining twin bedrooms share a "jack and jill" bathroom which is thoughtfully divided to give privacy and flexibility. The great room consists of the kitchen which is fully equipped for all your needs, 2 dining areas to eat in and a seating area with a sleeper sofa. There are doors out to the screened pool from the master bedroom and the great room. We have provided some pool toys to play with and a barbeque. Highgate Park has a childrens play area and a tennis court and so we have also provided tennis raquets and balls. There is both a washer and dryer for your use. All towels and linen are provided. We have a pack and play crib and high chair for the use of our younger guests. This property is fully managed and they have a 24hr emergency service if needed. On our web site we have fully automated booking system which allows you to see availability, book, pay securely using your credit card and send you reminders when balances are due. No need to waste time. You can confirm your booking instantly.
