Located on a quiet residential site, 10 minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from Universal and an easy 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport. Only 60 minutes to either east or west coast and to NASA and offering free local, long distance and international phone calls.
Property Description
Our luxury villa has full air conditioning, two double bedrooms, one en suite, two twin rooms, a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and family room. It benefits from solar heating for the pool and spa and the spa is fitted with a blower for stronger massage. It is situated on a large corner plot that is backed by open fields and very private. The estate also has a communial swimming pool, sand volleyball court, basketball ring and floodlit tennis court. A good golf course is just 3 minutes away as is a local supermarket. Only 5 minutes away is Kissimmee Old Town with all the restuarants that you would wish for.
A £10000.00/$20000.00 upgrade to include all white goods and a new US king size bed in the master suite with new occasional and dining room furniture. (Easter 2005).
From July 2005 a new games room featuring Pool and Air Hockey
Free use of a broadband connection and a high quality laptop, or bring your own.
Two mobile phones with two way radio, (small charge).
New July 2006 TV's in all bedrooms.
