Location
Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is a new community, which offers a magnificent gated entrance, with lakefront amenities, clubhouse, boat ramp, fishing dock, water sports, and picnic area.
There are a number of golf courses nearby, including the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course adjacent to the community, and Champions Gate Golf Course, home of the David Ledbetter golf school, which is only a 15 minute drive away.
We are ideally situated on the US27 within easy reach of all major attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot Centre, Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.
Property Description
Our luxurious two storey home, boasts five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a poolside cloakroom.
It is presented to a superb standard comfortably meeting the needs of up to ten guests.
Fully furnished and air-conditioned, the villa offers comfort and amenities which are second to none. The south facing screened pool/spa area and extended sun deck with uninterrupted views, guarantee our guests a relaxing retreat from the busy theme parks, and shopping.
The spacious main family room is comfortably furnished, and fitted with a ceiling fan. It has a 42" plasma cable TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD's, games and books for your entertainment. There are views, and direct access, to the pool area from this room.
A second family room offers cable TV and DVD player, with a selection of films, and a PlayStation 2. This room also doubles as a further bedroom if required.
The adjoining dining room is beautifully furnished providing formal dining for six. A further dining area for four is situated in the breakfast room, together with a breakfast bar with three bar stools.
High chairs are available, if required.
The large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen/breakfast area includes a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, with ice maker and chilled water dispensers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker and many more appliances. All necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided for up to ten guests.
The kitchen breakfast area overlooks the pool, and has comfortable seating for seven guests.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room, which has access to the games room.
In the first Master Bedroom there is a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, two nightstands with lamps and chest of drawers with mirror over. Full cable TV, a telephone and a radio/alarm clock are provided for your convenience.
Adjoining the bedroom is a very large en-suite bathroom with roman tub bath, large walk-in shower and toilet. Vanity units are situated either side of the bath with mirrors over. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
There is direct access to the poolside facilities from the bedroom.
The second master bedroom has a king-size bed, two nightstands with lamps and chest of drawers with mirror over. Full cable TV, a telephone and a radio/alarm clock are provided for your convenience. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath with shower over, single vanity unit with mirror over and toilet. Towels are provided.
The third master bedroom has a king-size bed, two nightstands with lamps and chest of drawers with mirror over. Full cable TV, a telephone and a radio/alarm clock are provided for your convenience. Adjoining the bedroom is a closet, make-up area and en-suite bathroom fitted with a large walk-in shower, single vanity unit with mirror over and toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, a walk-in closet, nightstand and chest of drawers with lamp and themed "cars" Cable TV and DVD player. Adjoining it is bathroom, allowing either direct access from the bedroom or access from the upstairs landing.
The fifth bedroom has twin beds, a closet, nightstand and chest of drawers with lamp and Disney Princess Cable TV and DVD player.
The fourth bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower over, single vanity unit with mirror over and toilet. Towels are provided.
Cots are available, if required.
The Lounge and the first master bedroom access directly to the large covered deck area, which is furnished with a full range of luxury patio furniture for dining and relaxation.
Our carpeted games room includes a 7 ft pool table, table football, electronic darts and basketball net, for budding sports enthusiasts
The lanai leads to a large pool and spa with extended sun deck, which are all south facing and in full sun. A pool-bath (toilet) and shower is available directly from the extended deck area. The pool can be heated and pool lighting provides for relaxation after dark. (a child safety fence is available).
Barbeques and smoking are not permitted within the lanai
