Property Description
Tuscan Sun Villa has a family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable, relaxing furnishings, a large screen 42" LCDTV with HD and DVR, DVD player and stereo surround sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love. DVDs, CD's and books are provided.
The family room leads out to the stunning and sparkling pool and bubbling spa pool, to ease away the aches gathered from a day at the theme parks, and has an oversize deck that's perfect for sun-lovers to soak in the rays while relaxing of the deck furnishings thoughtfully provided. A stainless steel 3 burner gas BBQ with hotplate is available for your stay to enjoy the great Floridian Outdoors. The pool area has an out door shower. Heating of the pool and spa is optionally available for additional comfort to our guests. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
A fantastic games room featuring a full size Air Hockey Table with electronic score board, a Pool Table that can be converted easily in to a Table tennis game. A Foosball Table, a Double Hoop Basketball game with electronic scoreboard, an electronic child safe Darts Board and an Arcade Machine with classic games like 'Frogger' and 'Green Beret' has been installed in to the garage. This will keep the whole family entertained!!!
Sleeping accommodation at Tuscan Sun includes a master bedroom, which features a sleep-soft full-size bed with nightstands, lamps, telephone, clock/radio, plus walk-in closet space, and a dresser with a TV and DVD player, plus a master bathroom with vanity basin, toilet, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi-style bath tub. The second master bedroom also enjoys a sumptuous full-size bed, plus nightstand with lamp, clock/radio, plus dresser with cable TV and DVD player, closet space, and en-suite bathroom. A further junior master is furnished with the same comforts, and shares an adjacent family bathroom with one of the twin bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms ideal for the kids, with 2 twin beds in each, nightstands, cable TV, closet space, and an adjacent or nearby shared family bathroom. One of these 2 rooms has been delightfully themed with Disney decoration that young children will adore the other is equipped with a games console and games! Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted into a queen-size bed for extra guests.
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to enjoy a family feast or a quick snack. Choose to dine at the breakfast nook or the dining area.
