Location
Our beautiful villa is located within the superb and exclusive development of Calabay Parc on highway 27, less than 5 minutes from junction 55 of the I-4, the main highway from which all the main attractions and shopping are accessed.
Calabay Parc is peaceful, stylish and elegant but at the same time wonderfully located at the heart of one of the most exciting holiday destinations in the world being ideally positioned to provide an excellent base for a truly memorable holiday.
About half a mile south of Calabay you will find Ridgeview Plaza. This shopping complex has a Walgreens pharmacy/supermarket, Chinese restaurant, Beef O’Gradys (sports pub), liquor store, gas station and various other shops.
About a mile and a half North of Calabay there is the Berry Centre, a new shopping plaza with a large Publix supermarket and a variety of other shops. Paradise Vacations (our property management company) are also based at the Berry Centre and are on hand to answer any queries or issues that may arise.
A 5 minute drive north takes you to Highway 192. This major thoroughfare gives you an alternative route to the theme parks and also boasts all conceivable types of shops and restaurants.
Property Description
This elegant and stylish villa, constructed in 2004 in the superb and exclusive Calabay Parc community, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms its own private pool and spa and can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests, including infants (cots available on request). The villa is fully air conditioned for your comfort.
The accommodation comprises:-
A large spacious lounge with 2 large sofas with end tables and lamps, a chaise lounge , coffee table, cable TV, video cassette recorder, DVD player and CD/radio
A screened pool deck with heated pool and spa (pool heat is optional at an additional cost) Pool deck furniture comprises of 2 tables, 8 chairs and 4 sun loungers. There is a removable child safety fence and one of the bathrooms can be accessed directly from the pool deck.
Master bedroom 1 has a US King-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, alarm radio, cable TV, walk-in closet and en-suit bathroom with separate bath and shower and 2 hand basins.
Master bedroom 2 has a US Queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, alarm radio, cable TV, en-suit bathroom with bath, shower etc. This bathroom also leads on to the pool deck.
Two twinned bedrooms each with bedside table and lamp, dressing table, closet, and alarm radio. The bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom.
Kitchen / dining room. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and four-ring hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, a waste disposal unit, and fridge freezer including the essential ice dispenser. There is also an adjacent dining area with seating for eight.
Utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Games area with a full size (8ft) pool table and a foosball (54”x30”) game table
