Property Description
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa with private screened in heated pool is located in the lovely community of Chatham Park, in Kissimmee, Fl. We are 10 minutes from Disney and all other major attractions. Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bath with extra large garden tub also has an large walk in closet which can double as nursery with crib, stroller and booster seat for your convenience. All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. Living room contains VCR, DVD, CD, player and Radio. There is a toddler bed rail in the third bedroom in case you need it. We have a gameroom equipped with ping pong table, air hockey, magnetic darts, a new foosball table that includes Pool as well as bowling and shuffleboard, and assorted board games for all ages. Screened in, south facing patio with table, chairs and lounges invite sunning and eating at poolside in the Florida sun. Check our rates and availablility, we start at $85 per night.
Master bedroom with King size bed, Second bedroom, queen size bed, and third bedroom with 2 twins. Sofa bed in living room opens to queen size bed. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably
Area Attractions
We are within minutes of Old Town, Shopping at Super Walmart, Super Target, Publix and many outlets. In addition, we are a short drive from Area golf courses and horseback riding. There are also many Dinner shows in the area, Medieval Times is about 5 minutes away. Entrance to Disney, Universal etc. are within 5 miles, a 10 minute drive on Osceola pkwy or 192.

Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required 7 days after your reservation request has been approved. Your reservation will be HELD until the deposit is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered RESERVED (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received.
Security Deposit
A security deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required at check-in. The security deposit is held to ensure that the property will be left in it's original condition. Security deposits will be returned in full providing a satisfactory inspection after check-out. Damages to the property can result in a full or partial loss of the security deposit.
Payment
Payment is due 45 days prior to the check-in date. Your reservation will be RESERVED until the full payment is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered CONFIRMED.
Cancellations & Refunds
The reservation deposit and any payments made minus an administration fee of $50.00 will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be forfeit. In case of family emergency within 30 days of your stay, a change of dates can be requested.
