Located on US27, midway between the I.4 and Highway192, only 12 minutes from DisneyWorld and minutes to numerous golf courses, Hampton Lakes is one the most prestigious communities in the Kissimmee and Orlando area.
Property Description
Our fabulous villa, with over 1900sq.ft of air-conditioned living space, offers everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel and more at a fraction of the cost. There are 4 bedrooms – 2 en-suite with the other 2 sharing the third bathroom- all luxuriously furnished and all with their on TVs.
If you have a little one, we provide a cot and high chair at no extra cost. There will also be a complimentary Welcome Pack of provisions to save having to go shopping the first night.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything for up to 8 guests, including picnic ware for use around the 28ft x 14ft SW facing pool. The usual appliances include a conventional oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and blender.
We provide plenty of soft towels, beach towels and bed linen.
The screened pool is perfect for cooling off after long days at the parks or after playing a round at the numerous and nearby golf courses. The pool can be heated at extra cost. The children can have fun with the inflatable pool toys we provide.
Inside, the Family room is furnished to an extremely high standard with cosy armchairs, flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi centre. There is free Internet access and free local telephone calls. There is a further sitting area with another TV and VCR. Here also can be found an area for formal dining.
We provide DVDs, a small library of books and children’s’ games.
There is also a games room with table tennis, darts equipment and air hockey. The community itself has a pool, basketball and tennis courts plus a children’s play area.
