Villa Betty Boo is loacted in the prestigeous Hampton Lakes Community, on Hwy.27 just off Hwy.192 only 10 minutes from Disney, Universal & Sea World are just 20 mins. There is an abundance of golf courses between 2 and 20 minutes drive. Publix Supermarket is accross the road and Walmart is 5 minutes drive from us. The many restaurants are within 5 minutes also.
Property Description
Villa Betty Boo is fully air conditioned and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a games room and private floodlit pool with privacy screen & child safety fence. We also have free wireless internet access, national & international calls (land lines only) We are situated in Hampton Lakes community which has a communal pool, floodlit tennis, volleyball and basketball courts along with two childrens play areas.
THE LIVING AREAS consist of the Formal Lounge, which has two sofas, a coffee table and a large dining table seating 8. The Family Room has a sofa and sofa bed, a coffee table, 42" HD Plasma Cable.TV & DVD. This room opens onto the pool area via patio doors.
THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with American Fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffe maker, toaster, there is a breakfast table with 4 chairs plus breakfast bar, and enough crockery for 10 people.
THE MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobes and TV. BEDROOM 2 has a queen size bed cable TV and built in wardrobes.
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 have two twin beds each, built in wardrobes and bedroom 3 is a Betty Boop Theme with Cable TV/PS2.
THE POOL is 28', with a privacy screen and floodlit with optional heating, the deck is large, floodlit and has sun loungers and patio furniture.
THE UTILITY ROOM houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover, mop, broom and iron etc.
THE GAMES ROOM is new and has a pool table, foosball table, electronic basketball and electronic darts, also a TV and games console.
