Location
The Villa is located on the Sandy Ridge development, which is a fairly new development not far from Disney. It is built overlooking a small lake and conserved wooded area. The villa is also fairly new, being completed in June 2005. Situated a mere 5 minutes from the I-4, the area is close enough to the attractions yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of the day. there are also nearby grocery stores and supermarkets to keep stocked up, and there are several golf courses within a short drive away. The villa is approx. 30 min drive from Orlando International airport and the proximity to Disney and the I-4 make Dove Villas the ideal base for your family holiday to Orlando. Disney is approx. a 10 minute drive, while International Drive/ Universal Studios are a mere 15-20 minutes away on the I-4.
Property Description
This 5 bed/3 bath villa is situated on the Sandy Ridge Estate and is decorated and furnished to the highest standards. A single level property, it is ideal for families with small children, with 3 double and 2 twin rooms, which all have cable tv. One twin room is Disney themed and also contains a playstation 2. As well as the cable tv in all bedrooms, the sitting room boasts a tv/dvd system with hundreds of channels, including movie channels and the Fox Soccer channel for Premiership and Tournament games. The games room was added in November 2006 and contains a pool table, foosball table, table tennis, air hockey and electronic darts. The 30ft pool is contained in a mesh to keep out unwanted bugs while letting the sun in, can be heated if required and is lit for evening swimming, as is the adjoining Jacuzzi. As there are no properties to the rear of the villa, just a lake and wooded area, there is a high degree of privacy with just similar villas on either side. The kitchen is well established, containing all mod cons, including conventional and microwave ovens, stove, fridge freezer, waste disposal, dishwasher and other small appliances such as food processor, kettle etc. There is also a breakfast table in the kitchen area, which seats 4.
The main room contains the dining area, where the 6 place dining table extends to easily accommodate 8 adults. The sitting area has 2 sofas and the tv and dvd, with the extended cable package. From here the patio doors open onto the lanai and pool area, with the view out over the protected wooded area.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with large shower. The main bedroom is also en-suite with a shower, while the third bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and is accessible from poolside to use while enjoying the pool, or as a wet room to change from wet swimming costumes. Apart from the facilities mentioned, the villa also has 2 telephones, one situated in the master bedroom and one at the kitchen bar, which have free calls. There is also a cd player, and washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. The pool area has a safety fence to keep children safe (this can be removed if required) and has a table and chairs under the ceiling fan in the lanai, and sun loungers for topping up the tan. There is also a selection of inflatable toys for use in the pool. There is also a barbeque for use in the garden at the rear of the villa, overlooking the lake.
The villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The management company is on hand 24 hours a day should any problems arise, and are only a phone call away. the villa is fully alarmed and monitored24 hrs a day for guests peace of mind.
