Our villa is situated in The Abbey at West Haven which is an exclusive and beautifully landscaped gated community situated 10 - 15 minutes drive from Disney and within three minutes of Champions Gate which features two 18-hole golf courses designed by Greg Norman and also Shops, Restaurants, a large Publix supermarket and a petrol station. Highway 27 is also nearby for more shops, including Walmart, restaurants etc. and there is quick and convenient access to the I-4 to get to all of the Attractions and Theme Parks.

Our spacious villa has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two half baths (W.C.'s) and is fully air conditioned
The Villa has high 'cathedral' ceilings which give a very light and airy feel.
The Villa is great for outdoor living with a gorgeous fully screened SOUTH FACING pool and spa - NOT OVERLOOKED AT THE REAR
The pool deck is very spacious with comfortable sun loungers and a covered lanai (porch) with lighting and overhead fan and there is a convenient outside shower.
There is also a table and chairs in the lanai for outdoor dining and underwater lighting in the pool for those relaxing evenings by the pool.
The lounge, the dining area and the King Master Bedroom each have sliding patio doors (alarmed for safety) which lead directly on to the pool area.
The two half baths (W.C.'s) are situated conveniently - one poolside and the other adjacent to the Games Room.
The poolside King Master bedroom has his n' hers vanities, a large walk-in shower and an oval bath. There is also a handy safe.
The upstairs en suite Queen Master bedroom has a walk in shower and patio doors which lead to a lovely balcony with a panoramic view overlooking the orange groves at the rear of the property.
The two upstairs twins (one of which is 'Disney' themed) share a bathroom.
All bathrooms have hairdyers.
There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa in the Lounge.
The villa has Cable TV, DVD & Video in the Lounge and TV's with cable in all bedrooms.
There is a great Games Room with pool, foozball, air hockey and darts.
The villa comes fully equipped with dishwasher, washer and drier and ironing board, coffee maker, microwave and large Fridge/freezer with ice maker. There are also pool towels and an ice box.
FREE LOCAL, INTERNATIONAL AND LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE CALLS.
There is also a very handy concierge telephone system which gives you direct access to taxis, food deliveries, attractions etc.
There is also FREE wireless internet access if you wish to bring your laptop with you.
