Location
The Villa is located in Windwood Bay, a small development off CR54, three minutes drive from Junction 58 of the I4. Windwood Bay is surrounded by natural woodlands and is a leisurely stroll from beautiful Lake Madison with its nature trail. It’s hard to believe you are less than 10 miles from the hustle and bustle of Disney!
Property Description
The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standard. It benefits from air-conditioning throughout with ceiling fans in most rooms. All linen and towels are provided.
Formal Lounge and Dining Room
Bright and airy room with plenty of seating for you and your family to unwind. There is a new PC with FREE High Speed Internet Access for guests use during their stay. You can also challenge the family on the Playstation 2. Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining area with top of the range dining table and chairs.
Family Room
A place to relax and enjoy the new 47" HD television with an abundance of digital cable channels, watch a DVD, listen to a CD.
Kitchen
Equipped with most every appliance you’re likely to need on vacation including full-size range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Silverware, crockery and cooking utensils are provided including unbreakable items for use out by the pool. The kitchen also has a table and chairs for casual dining.
Utility Room
Laundry Room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Master Bedroom
The tastefully decorated master suite has a queen size bed, cable TV, telephone, clock radio, ceiling fan, two bedside tables with lamps and a large chest of drawers with mirror. There are patio doors allowing access to the pool deck. There is a large walk in closet with a safe for your use during your stay. Beside the closet is a large en-suite bathroom with a cubicle shower, sink/vanity unit and mirror and a large sunken bath.
Second Master Bedroom
At the front of the property this bedroom comprises of queen bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, clock radio, large chest of drawers, built-in closet and ceiling fan. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and sink/vanity unit with mirror.
Queen Bedroom
This bedroom is decorated with a palm tree theme and has a queen bed, bedside table with lamp, clock radio, chest of drawers, built-in closet and ceiling fan.
Twin Bedroom
This bedroom is decorated with a Disney theme and has twin beds, bedside table with lamp, clock radio, chest of drawers, built-in closet and ceiling fan.
Bathrooms
There is an additional bathroom beside the Queen and Twin bedrooms with bath, shower and sink/vanity unit with mirror.
Pool Deck
The south-west facing pool deck has an open outlook towards natural woodlands. There is a 28 ft x 14 ft pool and spa with fibre optic lighting, both of which can be heated for a small extra charge. Luxury poolside furniture is provided for al fresco dining and loungers for relaxing on after a hard day in the Theme Parks! It has a pool screen for your comfort and a removable child safety fence.
New Games Area
We have recently added a Games Area with Foosball and Air Hockey Tables. There is a full set of Golf Clubs for guests use during their stay.

A Refundable Security Deposit of $290/£150 is due 3 weeks before arrival to cover any breakages or damage during your stay. This will be refunded within 3 weeks of your departure subject to a satisfactory report from our Management Company

Arrival/Departure
The villa will be ready for you from 4pm on the day you arrive and we would ask that you vacate the property by 10am on the day you depart.
