 Location
Our Florida Villa is situated in the beautiful area of Sunridge Woods. Sunridge Woods is located on Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR 54), which is a few minutes drive from exit 58 of Interstate 4 and Champions Gate golf course and shopping centre.
There is also a petrol station/convenience store with takeaway food nearby.
 Property Description
The villa is situated on a spacious plot and the pool area backs onto a small lake and conservation area, so you have a wonderful view whilst relaxing.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer/dishwasher/stove/microwave oven.
Laundry room with washer/dryer/iron/board.
Master Bedroom has en suite bathroom with shower/bath/vanity units and dressing room.
There is another bathroom with bath/shower/vanity unit between Bedroom 2 and 3.
