This beautiful home is set in a prime location within the highly sought after gated Lake Berkley resort which is just minutes away from shops, restaurants, golf courses and the Disney parks.
The resort is just off Highway 192, two minutes away from Wal-Mart and other shops and restaurants, many within walking distance.

Villa Details
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, a safe and cable television. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, hair dryer and hair straighteners
The second bedroom is a large sunny room with a double bed, cable television, games console, ceiling fan and ample storage space
The third bedroom with a SpongeBob Squarepants theme has 2 comfortable twin beds ideal for all ages with cable television, games console, ceiling fan and ample storage space
The second bathroom is newly tiled with a bath, shower and hair dryer
The Lounge has 3 comfortable sofas, Cable TV providing hundreds of channels as well as a DVD & CD player. It also has a PC with High Speed Internet Access, WIFI and printer. Several family/kids DVD's, CD's, books and board games are provided for guest use. Child alarmed patio doors lead straight out to the pool area
The dining area has a large table which can comfortably seat 6 people
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances including waffle maker and large George Foreman grill. A washer and dryer are also located here.
The pool area is fully screened and has a large deck area. Shrubs are planted on both sides of the pool area for additional privacy Comfortable outside furniture is provided along with beach towels, BBQ and many inflatable pool toys
The garage has been converted into a games room with an 8 foot pool table and foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be quickly converted into a Table Tennis table.
