Location
Our villa is situated in the gated up market community of Crescent lakes, Kissimmee. Disney is 12 miles away which takes around 15mins by car.
Property Description
Our villa is fully air conditioned throughout. It has 4 nice size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe,en-suite with spa bath, shower, twin sink dresser, and wc. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite with bath, shower, sink and wc. The third bedroom has double bed with a bathroom opposite with bath, shower, sink and wc. The forth bedroom has twin beds with the same bathroom opposite. There is ample storage furniture in all the bedrooms. There is a very large family room with a 2 two-seater settees and 1 three-seater settee arranged around a large TV. There is an additional settee in an alcove in the family room that converts to a double bed that will allow the villa to sleep 10. The villa has a well equipped modern kitchen with a dining area with table and chairs to seat 8. The pool is 35ft with a spa, both can be heated if required. It has a large south facing lania with plenty of room for the lania furniture. There is an area of shade within the lania. Our pool area is quite secluded with our nearest neighbour set some distance away.

Medium season £450 per week.

The cost to heat the pool would be £70 per week if needed, depends on time of the year.
All the above include taxes. The villa will be professionaly cleaned before your arrival.
