This villa is perfectly situated in the gated community resort of 'Watersong' which is a brand new development custom built for holidays in the sunshine state. This luxurious, beautifully designed villa is situated perfectly, overlooking a lovely lake area at the 'Watersong Resort', close to exit 58 off the I-4, North of Polk County. Ideally located 20 min's from the Disney World Parks and avoiding the hustle and bustle of a very busy HWY 192. This newest community gives great access to parks, golf courses (Such as 'Reunion' Champions Gate and Southern Dunes) and shopping Supercentres (Such as Wal-Mart and Publix etc).

This luxurious villa is a home from home with commanding and unsurpassed views of a tranquil lake, with peaceful surroundings of woodlands makes it perfect for any family vacation,
It is impeccably furnished and professionally decorated in elegant furnishing for guests seeking the luxury of space with a modern twist. Our villa can sleep up to 16 people.
Front Lounge
The ground floor area comprises of an open plan entertaining area which is ultimate in relaxed elegance with its plush furnishings and decorative lamps which allows adaptable, atmospheric lighting when relaxing and chatting after a hard day at the parks. Two comfortable sofas of which one converts into a double sofa bed for additional sleeping.
Family Room
The family room offers modern comforts and entertainment systems for all the family with its 42” flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, which allows music to be played inside and outside the house if required through our surround sound speaker system. Complete with a comfortable wrap round couch and chair
Kitchen
Our fully integrated Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, American style fridge freezer, Oven and much more for your comfort and convenience.
Dinning Area
The dinning area with its unsurpassed views of the lake allows you to dine together as a family in stunning features.
Both the Dinning area and living area are open plan and connect to the front lounge via arch ways.
Pool and Spa
The living room and kitchen area both open out to a spacious 30ft x 40 ft extended decking area that leads to the 14ft x 30ft pool and 6ft round raised spa with spa lights. For safety a child safety fence is supplied but can be removed if desired. With ample reclining and cushioned pool side furniture which consists of lounges, chairs and tables allows you to relax in the outdoors whilst soaking up the Florida sunshine, but for those who require shading a section of the pool area is protected by a covered 187ft lanai.
Summer Kitchen
Here our home is suited for the wonderful outdoor entertainment with its 5ft Summer Kitchen which includes cedar cupboard space a sink and tiled counter tops with a gas BBQ grill.

The 1st floor of our villa host 6 beautiful proportioned bedrooms impeccable furnished with attention to detail.
Master bedroom 1
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Complete with en-suite bathroom with culture marble vanities bath tub, walk in shower and WC, this bedroom also boasts cable TV and telephone. A child cot is also provided

This elegantly furnished room has a Queen sized bed. Complete with en-suite with culture marble vanities bath tub, walk in shower and WC. This bedroom also boasts cable TV.

This Disney themed room has 2 twin beds. Complete with shared en-suite (bedroom 6) with culture marble vanity, walk in shower and WC. This bedroom also boasts cable TV and play station plus games
Bedroom 6
A tastefully decorated sponge Bob themed room Complete with shared en-suite (bedroom 5) with culture marble vanity, walk in shower and WC and cable TV.
Landing
The Large landing area space provides a great area to relax and read on the sofa (which is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping) it provides a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Laundry Room
A laundry service area is located on the first floor which host a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner Iron and Ironing board.
Games Room
If the parks are not enough to entertain the children both big and small we have a fully equipped games room. With an 8ft slated pool table, air hockey and electronic darts board this is the room that will entertain the family for hours. Complete with TV and seating area.
When you are on vacation we know how important it is to keep contact back home so our villa has FREE local, long distance and international calls.
For those of you who need to keep in contact with work we have FREE wireless Internet all you need to do is bring along your lap top and hook up.
