Location
This lovely villa is on the amazing Emerald Island Resort, the premier gated community in Kissimmee. Less than 1 mile from the main 192 highway, and less than 3 miles from the entrance to DisneyWorld, you could not be better situated to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
As our guest you will be able to use the huge range of facilities that Emerald Island has to offer, after which you can kick back and relax in the tranquil environment, cooling off on our extended pool deck overlooked by secluded conservation.
Property Description
This is a beautifully furnished vacation home situated on Emerald Island Resort, a luxury gated community just 3 miles from the gates to Disney.
The villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, and has 3 bathrooms.
It has a lovely spacious family room leading to an extended pool deck containing a screened heated pool and spa, with tables and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax and unwind. The conservation area behind the pool gives a wonderful air of seclusion. There is also a large TV with cable, DVD and music system for your enjoyment.
Leading from the family room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the appliances you will need. Next to the breakfast bar is a separate breakfast nook with table and chairs for informal dining overlooking the pool.
The Master bedroom has access to the poolside area, a beautiful double bed along with cable TV and walk-in wardrobe. Its own en suite bathroom features a shower, marble counter and vanity sink.
The second bedroom has double bed, cable TV and its own bath/showerroom.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are well apportioned twin rooms with storage and their own TV’s (with cable!), and there is a third bathroom with bath/shower.
The Games room is a fully carpeted entertainment area including cable TV and chairs, Pool table and table football.
The villa is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in the family room and master bedrooms.
As our guest, you are free to use all of the wonderful Emerald Island facilities. These include an on-site management and concierge service, clubhouse and bar, two community pools and spa, volleyball and tennis courts, cyber-café, play area, arcade, sauna, and nature trails for walking, cycling and picnics.
