Location
Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is a new private gated community with its own lake, clubhouse, boat ramp, fishing dock, water sports, and picnic area. The community is just a short 15 minute drive from Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal.
The community is just off Highway 27 in Haines City and as such is in an excellent location for visiting Orlando's main tourist attractions & Theme Parks. It is also ideally situated to allow you to strike out to discover more of Central Florida's attractions and features.
Due to the location, we are also close to golf courses, shops (Walmrt is less than 2 minutes away) and restaurants.
Property Description
The villa itself was built in July 2007, has air-conditioning and all linen, crockery & utensild are provided. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use free of charge. The villa also has free local, national & international telephone calls, as well as free wireless internet access.
The living room is designed to be a comfortable and inviting place to relax as a family. There is seating for 7 people, a HDTV with a Playstation 3, movies, games and a great view of the pool. There is also a ceiling fan to help cool you down!
There is also a fully-appointed kitchen with all utensils, crockery and appliances. As it is open plan to both the living room and dining area, the feeling of space and light is excellent. As a bonus, you don't feel as if you're locked away from everyone else in the villa
The den is a place to relax and get a bit of time to yourself - or to get rid of the kids for a bit! The sofa is a sleeper-sofa that converts into a queen sized bed. There is also a TV and a stereo that has an IPOD dock and can play DVDs too.
The games room is an excellent place for the family to have a bit of fun. There is a pool table, foosball, air-hockey, darts, board games and table & chairs. Unlike a lot of other games rooms we've seen, this is fully carpeted and has been decorated to make it eye-catching & comfortable. As it is located in the garage, its a great place for the adults tounwind once the kids are in bed, without disturbing them! Also, its a great place for teenagers to get some space away from adults too.
