It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two master bedrooms each contain queen-size beds and have large en-suite bathrooms.
The big bath is amazing after a long day at the parks!
The other two bedrooms are also furnished to a high standard with a shared bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area.
The south facing heated swimming pool is 26 by 13 feet. This area consists of a large patio with luxury pool furniture.It backs on to a conservation area of orange trees.
The whole villa is air-conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout. There is a management company open five days per week and available 24 hours a day for any emergencies should they arise.

It is set in a CHILD FRIENDLY environment with just one road in and out so there is very little traffic.
This is an attractive new 4 bedroom single storey home ideal for a family vacation. There are 3 bathrooms; 2 of which are en-suite.
This house has its own private pool to relax in after a long day at the parks.
The house comes with Free broadband Internet Access and Free international telephone calls. This home is decorated to a high standard with upgraded furniture; tiled and carpetted living areas and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. All linens are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels for use around the pool. There is cable TV in the living room and bedrooms. A safe is available for guests to rent upon request.
This home is situated on a quiet community, very close to local restaurants and golf courses and with easy access to the I4 and 192 where there are a large variety of places to eat and minutes away from Disney and other attractions. Smoking is not allowed in Vacation Homes and is State Law.
BOOK IN AND OUT ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. FREE LATE CHECK OUT IF VILLA IS NOT BOOKED ON THE FOLLOWING DAY.
NO DRIVING TO MANAGEMENT COMPANY OFFICE TO PICK UP THE KEY. IT IS COLLECTED FROM A LOCK BOX OUTSIDE THE VILLA.

We had a wonderful week in your Villa at the end of last year, and have only just gotten around to posting a comment!
The home is absolutely stunning. Beautifully decorated and furnished, we felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The pool was wonderful too, a real bonus after a long day at the parks.
Hope to visit again next year, and hope you find time to stay in ours on the coast.
