The villa has been finished and furnished to a very high standard and has 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite, 2 twin rooms, family bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room with washer/dryer/ironing board, double garage. The home is on a lovely quiet, safe, well-lit street. There is central Air Conditioning throughout the villa and all bedrooms are fitted for cable TV, with the home having 3 TVs (all with DVD players).
The home is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks and malls of Central Florida. It is truly a luxury home from home for your vacation stay!
The villa can sleep up to 10 people as the Living Room has, additionally, a queen sized sofa bed (pull-out).
Outside:
The Living Room is a large open plan space with sliding patio doors out to the south-facing private pool with sun loungers and covered dining area with lights/fan.
The pool and its large deck are completely screened and are immaculately maintained. In the cooler winter months the pool is gas heated and so is always at a perfect temperature for those ‘dips’!
There is a removable safety screen and each door out to the pool is fitted with sounding safety alarms for your comfort should you have small children.
There is a double garage with block paved driveway and landscaped gardens
Living Room:
The Living Room boasts tasteful modern furniture with free Cable TV/DVD player and has large vaulted ceilings.
The Queen Sleeper Sofa allows for a further sleeping area and the double patio doors slide open to the pool area.
This area is central to the house and leading off this area are the bedrooms and kitchen/dining room.
Kitchen:
The Fully Fitted Kitchen contains all modern appliances including electric range/cooker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, garbage disposal, large side-by-side fridge freezer with icemaker, all necessary crockery/cutlery/pots/pans etc and a breakfast bar with stools.
Dining Area:
The Dining Room leads on from the fully equipped kitchen and boasts a large dining table and 6 chairs complete with chandelier and bay window view.
Master Bedrooms:
The villa benefits from 2 master suites.
Both have en suite bathrooms, TV/DVD sets and quality furniture/fittings.
Master 1 has a larger walk-in shower, large dresser/mirror /walk-in wardrobe and King sized bed while Master 2 has a Queen sized bed.
Both have external doors providing further access directly onto the pool deck.
Each has fitted closets with additional linen and towels.
Twin Bedrooms:
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twins with two single beds in each.
Each has a large closet with drawers and additional towels/bed linen.
Children:
Should a high chair of ‘cot/crib’ be needed these can be arranged in advance with the Management Company.

The high season includes Easter, Christmas and June through August.
Mid season extends April-May and September-October.
Low season thus relates to any other time.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required. This is returned following inspection of the property after you vacate.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required at the time of booking….the balance amount is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date or immediately if less than 6 weeks.
Optional pool heat….£85 per week
Late availability is available at low season rates…..a bargain!!!
