Waterside villa, a 4 bed 3 bathroom with 2 master bedrooms and very private pool,located at Bridgewater Crossing, a beautiful upscale community , just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.Champions Gate golf complex, Publix supermarket and several restaurants are located just a couple of miles from the villa.
Property Description
Very private exectutive size swimming pool(28'x14') at the rear. The pool is fully screened to keep bugs out but lets the sun in,comfortable padded deck furniture is provided and all doors to the pool are fully alarmed in accordance with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area,also views over a lake towards part of the protected nature reserve, 165 acres of which border the Bridgewater Crossing community. A lanai offers outdoor shade for those who are not sun worshippers.
Our four-bedroom 3 bathroom (2 Master en-suites) villa with its own swimming pool has everything you could need to make your trip to Florida all it should be. It is just ten minutes from Walt Disney World but is located in a quiet community.
The large open plan Lounge has a 2 storey vaulted ceiling and doors to the pool area.
The Dining Area seats 8 people and features a Breakfast Bar with access to the outside.
The modern Kitchen is fully equipped including a large refrigerator,ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and other appliances.
Laundry room with large capacity washer and separate dryer.
The Downstairs Master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.Ideal for the less able who may have difficulty with stairs.
The upstairs Master bedroom has a king sized bed and features a walk-in closet as well as it own TV and VCR and cable .It has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and large walk in shower.
The Twin bed bedroom shares the separate bathroom with the Children's bedroom which is decorated in a Disney theme and includes bunk beds,these two rooms also have cable T.V.
There is a large double driveway at the front of the villa leading to a double garage.
The villa is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting.
