The villa is situated off highway 27 just off the I-4 on a new residential estate in charming Polk county.Disney is just 10 miles away and the villa is conveniently situated for all major attractions . Shops, a large supermarket and restaurants are 5 mins away. The Champions Gate Golf course is also nearby
Property Description
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and heated pool.It is situated on a premium plot and not overlooked at the rear. The villa is 1923sqft and has two large living areas spaciously designed to provide ample room for 8 people unlike smaller 3 bedroom villas. There is an open plan kitchen and adjacent dining room .The kitchen is fully equipped and incudes a dishwasher. There is a TV and DVD in the family lounge.
The master bedroom has an ensuite with bath and shower and additional TV/DVD.
The second bedrooms has 2 twin beds and tv.The thirdbedroom has bunk beds .For any smaller children there is a self inflating airbed if they don't like heights. The second bathroom is situated between these rooms.
The pool is screened and child safety fencing is provided.Pool heating is available .The pool is not overlooked at the rear guarenteeing privacy at all times.
There is also a double garage.
Laundry facilities are provided as is all bedding and towels.
Cot ,stroller/buggy and high chair are also provided.
The villa has emergency lighting and smoke detectors.It is managed by a local company who are on hand 24 hours a day .
There is a childrens play park 5mins walk away
