Location
“The Reserve at Town Center” is an exclusive, gated community of only 94 homes, each with its own private pool. From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the quiet, palm-tree lined streets, well maintained gardens and brightly coloured houses create a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing on to a lake or an area of woodland conservation. Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is a 10 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive, and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes.
The new Reunion Golf Resort, featuring courses by Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer, is one minute's drive away. The Champions Gate Resort Complex is just a 5 minute drive from the villa. This features two Greg Norman designed golf courses and is the world headquarters of the David Leadbetter golfing academy. If you are an avid golfer, then Orlando offers an abundance of luxuriously manicured golf courses to suit golfers at all levels of competence. Many of these golf courses are within a 30 minute drive of the villa – please just ask for more details.
Local amenities that are close by include a large Publix supermarket to cater for all your needs, a Walgreens Pharmacy, CVS, 7-Eleven, MacDonalds, a variety of small family restaurants and a video/DVD rental store - all just a 2 minute drive from the community.

"Villa Mustique" is a beautiful 4 bed/3 bath private villa, with its own pool and sun-deck overlooking beautiful woodland conservation.
A new addition to the home is a Games Room, featuring a pool table, air hockey, foosball and darts board....enjoy!! A high speed wireless internet connection is provided for the convenience of our guests - just bring your own laptop.
The villa can be fully air conditioned or heated throughout, and for your added comfort, there are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and communal areas.
The property comprises two master bedrooms, with queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. Both of these rooms feature patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The remaining two bedrooms contain twin beds and share the large family bathroom. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels, including additional pool towels, are provided. A complimentary cot/crib and high chair are available on request.
The living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, and where you will find a 25" cable TV, VCR and DVD player. The sleeper sofa converts into a queen size bed if required.
As you would expect, the kitchen is fully fitted, from dishwasher to bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need. The separate dining area contains a dining table that seats six, and is situated next to patio doors that lead directly out on to the pool deck. There is also a breakfast bar with stools.
The pool area and sun deck look toward a beautiful woodland conservation area. This provides a high degree of privacy as the pool area is not overlooked from behind at all. There is ample patio furniture (including sun-loungers, table and chairs & sun parasol) and to help you further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, we include a large complimentary gas BBQ.
If you are travelling with a young child in your party, the following will hopefully be of interest to you. We have young children ourselves, so we have tried to make the villa as child friendly as possible. As well as providing a complimentary cot and high chair, we have put some non-breakable plates, bowls, beakers, spoons and forks in the kitchen area. All exits to the pool area have double locks, and in accordance with Florida law, there is a child safety barrier around the pool itself, which can be removed if you wish.

Rates
Low season - USD910/UK£490 per week. Includes all State and county taxes.
Mid season - USD1000/UK£540 per week. Includes all State and county taxes.
High season - USD1090/UK£590 per week. Includes all State and county taxes.
Optional pool heat - USD120/UK£70 per week or USD20/UK£10 per day for shorter stays. Recommended from October through to April.
A non-refundable booking deposit of USD240/UK£150 for each week booked is required.
The balance (plus refundable Security Deposit of USD320/UK£200) is payable no less than 10 weeks prior to rental start date.
We accept rental stays of less than a week. However a cleaning surcharge of USD105/UK£55 is applicable.
