Facilities include tennis courts, clubhouse with exercise room and pool table, a community swimming pool, and an eighteen hole award winning PGA championship golf course, rated 4 star by Golf Digest.
In addition to the golfing facilities there is a childrens play area.and a fishing lake.
Within walking distance there is a 24- hour supermarket and a 24- hour Wal Mart. Fast food outlets and banks are nearby.
A large shopping mall, Eagle Ridge, is just fifteen minutes drive away.

Our new home is an ideal base from where to explore everything Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26'x12' South facing private pool with spa.
For golfers there is also an on site 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse. Our home is furnished to a very high standard with hand picked ( not package ) furniture.
The home is fully equipped for, and can accommodate up to ten guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / highchair are available if required.
