Orange Tree is a new community set in and amongst lovely Orange Groves, located on Highway 27. Only 15 -30 minutes from most major attractions and close to many Golf Courses, restaurants and shops. .There is a children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court within the community. There are plenty of other activities including Orange Lake Golf Course and Country Club and some approx 200 plus golf courses within a 40 minute drive, 15 clear spring fed lakes excellent for fishing, boating and swimming activities. Orange Tree is the ideal peaceful location to relax in to soak up the Florida sunshine.

Our home sleeps up to 10 people, with two queen sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Our 4-bedroom/3-bathroom villa is beautifully, yet comfortably decorated to make you feel right at home. Just minutes from us are some of the best shops and restaurants in the area, with easy access to the theme parks, and Disney World just 10 minutes away.Combine the Orange Tree facilities which are available to our guests, along with the fabulous location and this gives you;THE PERFECT VACATION BASE..
From the minute you open the door you are greeted by the attractive welcome of the villa. The spacious family room and dining area offer an ideal place to relax during the day or evening. A fully equipped entertainment centre includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD player and a sound system – so you can watch your favourite movie, or listen to the music that you enjoy.The family room overlooks the fabulous, sparkling swimming pool and bubbling spa. Both illuminated in the evenings. The (optionally) heated pool and spa has a child safety fence provided for your peace of mind.
There will always be plenty to do when staying in our villa, not only does the villa have a private heated pool & spa, from June 2005 it will also offer a fabulous games room. Even the “grown-up kids” will enjoy the billiard table, foosball table, electronic darts and PS2. Also available from June 2005 is a coffee table that converts to a roulette and cards table, along with games such as chess, chequers etc.,Enjoy your own private pool while the kids play in the safety of the villa’s games room.
