Location
My villa is situated on the Sunrise Lakes residential community on the US27, one mile north of the US192 in Clermont. Clermont itself has a wonderful central location, making it perfect for visiting all the Orlando attractions and beyond. It is just 10 to 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, and a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World or International Drive. The Gulf coast is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away, with Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center about an hour's drive.
Orlando International Airport is a 30 minute drive with Sanford International Airport an hour away.
Property Description
The pool is south facing, which means that the sun will shine on the pool from morning to evening. It is also very private and not overlooked from behind. The pool has a built in Spa with additional air therapy jets.
Inside the villa there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including a bath tub and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds and are separated by the third bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you need including oven, fridge/freezer including ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. There is also a separate dining area and a breakfast bar.
There is a covered lanai / patio with a table and chairs, and sun loungers are provided on the pool deck.
Cable TV is available in the living / family room and all of the bedrooms. There is also a Playstation 2 console, VCR and portable CD/radio player for your use.
A telephone is installed that will allow you to make free local calls, and long distance calls using a credit card.
A cot, high chair and stroller are provided at no extra charge. A safe is installed to store your valuables.
Please note that inside the villa is a strictly non smoking area. Also, no pets please.

Rates are inclusive of all taxes.
A deposit of $255 (£150) will secure your booking. The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away full payment is required to secure your dates.
A cleaning charge of $75 (£45) will be made for bookings of less than 7 days.
Pool heating is available for $140 (£80) per week.
US Dollar check or UK sterling cheque accepted, or money order in either currency.
Credit card payment accepted in US Dollars, subject to 3% charge.
