Location
My villa is situated on the Sunrise Lakes residential community on the US27, one mile north of the US192 in Clermont. Clermont itself has a wonderful central location, making it perfect for visiting all the Orlando attractions and beyond. It is just 10 to 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, and a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World or International Drive. The Gulf coast is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away, with Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center about an hour's drive.
Orlando International Airport is a 30 minute drive with Sanford International Airport an hour away.
Property Description
The pool and spa are south facing so you have the benefit of the wonderful Florida sun shining on the pool area from morning to early evening. The pool is 12' x 24' and can be used at anytime of the day or night; at night the pool can be lit with colour changing fibre optic lights. There is a built in spa which is operated by remote control and has the added bonus of additional air therapy jets. The pool may be heated for an additional charge.
There is also the covered lanai / patio complete with a patio table and six chairs; perfect for breakfast or evenings, as well as a welcome retreat from the afternoon sun. Sun loungers are also provided.
My home also boasts a fully air-conditioned games room comprising 8 ft pool table, 8ft air hockey table and electronic dartboard.
Inside the villa there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including a bath tub and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds and are separated by the third bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you need including oven, fridge/freezer including ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. There is also a separate dining area and a breakfast bar.
Cable TV is available in the living / family room and all of the bedrooms. There is also a Playstation 2 console, DVD player, VCR and portable CD/radio player for your use.
A cot, high chair, 2 strollers and bed guard, if required, are provided at no extra charge.
A gas Barbecue Grill is provided at no extra cost to you.
A safe is installed to store your valuables.
Please note that inside the villa is a strictly non smoking area. Also, no pets please.

Rates are inclusive of all taxes.
A deposit of $240 (£150) will secure your booking. The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away full payment is required to secure your dates.
A cleaning charge of $85 (£50) will be made for bookings of less than 7 nights.
Pool heating is available for $160 (£92) per week.
US Dollar check or UK sterling cheque accepted, or money order in either currency.
Credit card payment accepted in US Dollars, subject to 3% charge.
Paypal payment accepted in UK Sterling, subject to 3.5% charge.
