Our villa offers 1834 sq. ft of living area so it is 25%larger than many 3/4 bed properties. The villa has been furnished with an upgraded package and offers many extras (FREE OF CHARGE) AND more importantly a sparkling, heatable, SOUTH FACING swimming pool,(screened) and a covered lanai/patio with ceiling fan. There is a large patio table seating 6-8 persons with comfortable, adjustable padded chairs
