This luxurious home is located at Sunset Lakes, a private and gated estate just four miles west of Disney World. Sunset Lakes if a small community of homes surrounding two private lakes in a tranquil setting. As well as your own private swimming pool the estate also boasts a communal pool, cabana and children’s play area. The shops, malls and restaurants of Kissimmee’s Highway 192 are only minutes away. Sunset Lakes is one of the most exclusive addresses close to Disney. Golf and Country Clubs are in abundance in this part of West Kissimmee
Property Description
The Family Room with its Entertainment Centre is the place to get together. Here you will find Cable TV, a DVD, VCR and Music Centre. Also a good selection of books and films for your enjoyment. Relax on the luxurious Blue Leather furniture which includes a total of 3 recliners and seating 7 guests comfortably. The tiled floor and ceiling fans help keep the room cool and comfortable.
Our Formal Living/Dining room is bright very spacious and beautifully furnished with new Quality Leather furniture. A 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and recliner chair make this room a joy to relax in, a wonderful space for those quieter moments
Our Formal Dining Room has seating for 6 although the table can be extended for larger groups. There are double patio doors leading out to a very large lanai overlooking the pool.
Our great American Kitchen comes equipped with everything you are likely to need. All appliances are of a high quality and there is an abundance of tableware and cutlery.
The Breakfast nook is surrounded by sliding patio doors which lead to the spacious pool area. With its day long sunshine it is a delightful place to sit with your morning coffee and look out at the Stunning Lake View.
Our fantastic Games Room is air-conditioned for your comfort (a necessity even in the cooler months). It has an 8’ x 4’ Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey and a Foosball table. For those who prefer to watch the action rather than to compete we have put in a Bar Table and Chairs.
Our 28’ x 14’ Pool is South Facing, enjoying day long sunshine and a stunning lake view. The larger of the two lanais is a perfect place for alfresco dining under the cooling breeze of the ceiling fan. Perhaps enjoying an evening drink while watching the sun set on the lake and listening to the gentle sound of the feature fountain
We have a fully equipped Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer, Sink, Iron and Ironing Board.
To complete the living areas we have a bathroom with vanity basin and toilet.
The strikingly attractive Master Bedroom has a Luxurious American King Size Bed, Dresser, Bedside Cabinets, Cable TV, Radio Alarm & Ceiling Fan. Adjoining is the elegant en-suite bathroom with corner bath, large shower cubicle, his and her vanity basins, a separate toilet and a large Walk in Wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has an American Queen Size Bed, Dresser, Bedside Cabinets, Walk in Wardrobe, Cable TV, Radio Alarm & Ceiling Fan. It has an optional en-suite with large shower cubicle, vanity basin, and toilet. A further bedroom has an American King Size Bed, Dresser, Bedside Cabinet, Walk in wardrobe, Cable TV, Radio Alarm and ceiling fan. The two large twin bedrooms are well equipped with ample drawer space, radio alarms and ceiling fans.
Bathroom 3 has a bath, over bath shower, vanity basin and toilet.
We have a large Linen Closet with a generous supply of all sizes of Towels.
Baby Equipment - we have a High Chair, Child Gate, Stroller, Travel Playpen/Cot (suitable for a baby up to 12 months old)
