Location
The villa is situated on the peaceful executive community of Calabay Parc, Just off junction 23 of interstate 4 on Hwy 27, Disney is about 10 minutes drive and 35 minutes from Orlando international Airport. There is a chemist, shops and a petrol station 1 ½ miles from the villa. Within 5 minutes drive there are restaurants, supermarkets and a number of golf courses.
Property Description
Spacious and beautifully furnished the villa is fully air-conditioned. There are two en-suite bedrooms both with queen size beds and cable TV’s with doors to pool area. The other two bedrooms have twin beds with TV’s and share the third bathroom. The villa has a large open plan lounge with patio doors looking out over the pool. There is a large separate dining room for more formal meals, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area for casual eating with a separate laundry room.
The south facing extended pool area is fully screened and is wonderful to sit and relax around with views over a pine forest. The pool is beautifully designed and features under water lighting , A perfect way to end a day relaxing around the pool watching the Florida sun go down.
All Doors and Windows leading to pool area have child alarms fitted
