Location
'Lakeside Siesta' is located within the Chatham Park community, which is near 'marker 13' on Highway 192, west of Kissimmee. (5 miles from Disney)
Property Description
Our villa is furnished to the HIGHEST standard and equipped with all the extras you would expect in a luxury home.
The accommodation features a spacious, fully fitted kitchen complete with large refrigerator/freezer with auto ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, toaster, etc. There is a cozy breakfast nook and a separate dining area.
The Living area has Cable TV, DVD and VCR, Stereo Hi-Fi, PlayStation and game, selection of family Videos, selection of books and board games.
The entire villa with its decor and floral/foliage pieces has the true Florida feel. Patio doors lead to the screened outdoor dining area and pool which overlooks a peaceful lake with woodland beyond.
There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 22" Cable TV and VCR. It also has a walk-in closet, ceiling light/fan and en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and Cable TV with VCR. The third bedroom, in 'Winnie the Pooh' theme, has twin beds and Cable TV with VCR. All bedrooms have radio/clock alarms.
The large, private, south-facing, screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and is only a few yards from the lakeside, where a variety of ducks and cranes regularly visit. Lighting in and around the pool allow you to enjoy the pool area any time of day or night.
The outside dining area is spacious and comfortable. The luxury patio furniture and the full length loungers all have deep padded cushions. (There are extra chairs stored in the garage).
There is a 2-seater swing with canopy and we have also fitted a poolside shower for your pleasure and convenience.
The use of our Full Gas Barbeque requires a refundable 'cleaning' deposit.
The pool is usually pleasantly warm from April through to October. The heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year. This you can decide before or after you arrive.
Crib, playpen/crib and high chair are available on request (free of charge)
Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking except in screened pool area
