Lake-View House is located overlooking a beautiful lake on Indian Creek, the nearest commnity to Walt Disney World, less than a 5 minute drive to the gates of Animal Kingdom. Just behind the old Splendid China, just off the 192.
Indian Creek is a premier development, only a 30-minute drive from Orlando International Airport, and within walking distance of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets of Highway 192
Property Description
This Villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED throughout.
Enormous lounge/sitting area, 2 dining areas, 5 large double bedrooms, each with it’s own TV (100 channel cable) and 4 full bathrooms. 2 master suites, both with KING SIZE BEDS. This Villa is one of the most spacious and flexible on offer for holiday rental in the DISNEY area. For the safety and comfort of all our guests we request that there be no smoking within the Villa.
The wonderfully spacious lounge with modern vaulted ceiling is furnished to a very high standard, having ample seating with a Queen sleeper sofa and a further 2 sofa’s all in matching designer fabric. There’s a remote control 27” colour TV and a new DVD player with lots of the latest movies, including ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘Harry Potter’ movies, also a CD music system with loads of CD’s to play. There is a PS2 Playstation in bedroom 4. If you love a good read around the pool there is a reasonable selection of books suitable for mum, dad and the kids. For family fun there is a selection of board games, all to aid perfect relaxation and further your enjoyment. Large patio style doors lead out to the Lanai, Pool and Jacuzzi / Spa. These standards are carried throughout the villa to ensure your stay is one of complete relaxation.
The sumptuous master bedroom has a king size double bed and it’s own en-suite and very spacious bathroom, leading out to the magnificent fully screened heat able swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa. With a large bath & shower, WC, his ’n’ hers vanity units and wonderful walk in wardrobes. There is a TV and phone in this suite along with a digital safe.
The second master suite also has a king size double bed and it’s own well-appointed en-suite bathroom/WC leading out to the pool. Large fitted wardrobes, a TV and phone.
Bedroom 3 has a full double bed and shares bathroom 3 with Bedroom 4, which has twin beds and a PS2 Playstation with games. Bedroom 5 also has twin beds and is situated adjacent to bathroom 4. All rooms furnished to a high quality specification including window dressings. All 5 bedrooms have their own TV & hairdryer.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a spacious dining area and breakfast nook. Equipped with every modern convenience that you could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge 19 cu.ft. fridge freezer with icemaker. An array of electrical accessories such as can opener, toaster, coffee maker, food mixer, blender etc. etc. make this kitchen wholly user friendly.
A fully screened and heat able pool measuring 26ft x 13ft with underwater lights and the best quality poolside furniture and loungers. We also supply huge colourful beach towels for use around the pool, you can even take them to the numerous water parks nearby. Right next to the pool is the wonderfully relaxing Jacuzzi/Spa, the perfect place to dispel the aches and pains of a days’ enjoyment at DISNEY.
There is a fully equipped games room with air hockey table and other fun tables. We also have an internet PC for free surfing & accessing your e-mails.
The owners of this villa have supplied, FREE TO GUESTS, a BBQ, Cot, High Chair & Stroller This is a truly ‘top notch’ executive villa, smoke free and designer furnished to the highest standards for your every comfort and convenience. There is cable television to all six TV’s, video and music system, three telephones are installed and are available to guests without charge for local calls. Long distance calls may be made through the use of a phone card. A helpful management company is available to assist you at all reasonable times.
