Liberty Village, a quiet attractive development of homes with conservation and lakes, is located just 3 miles south off Hwy 192 on Poinciana Boulevard
Situated within minutes of all the fun Central Florida has to offer and is within easy access to the Gulf & Atlantic coasts. Disney World is just 10 mins away & all of the main attractions are within a short drive.
Restaurants, shops & Wal-Mart on Hwy 192 are within a 4min. drive
Property Description
Stylish, fully equipped & immaculately maintained our luxury villa has 4 bedrooms.
Master: With King Bed and sliding glass door to the pool area. This bedroom has a
luxury en-suite bathroom with large garden tub, walk-in shower and his 'n' her washbasins.
There is a 32" color cable TV with DVD and a telephone.
Second Bedroom: with Queen Bed, 30" color cable TV/DVD and shares family bathroom.
Third Bedroom: Mickey & Minnie themed with twin beds, Mickey TV/DVD, Mickey clock,
lamp etc... and shares family bathroom.
Fourth Bedroom: Twin bedded and situated next to the Master with sliding glass door to
the pool, 30" Color cable TV/DVD and Playstation2. Adjacent bathroom with large walk-in
shower.
All of our bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have generous storage facilities. Ample
quality towels are provided in all of the bathrooms.
Family Room: A spacious room with designer furnishings and decor with sliding glass doors
to the Lanai and Pool. In this room there is a 56" color cable TV, DVD, VCR & CD/HI-FI.
Your favorite music can be played inside, by the pool area or in both areas at once.
Dining Area: We have a formal dining area that will comfortably seat six.
Kitchen: A large, fully equipped, luxury kitchen with breakfast nook, large American
fridge with icemaker and iced water, microwave, dishwasher and cooker. Quality utensils
and crockery supplied. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar.
Laundry Room: The separate laundry room has a large washer and dryer, iron, ironing
board - everything you need for your home from home.
Pool/Spa: Our FANTASTIC designer heated pool and raised Spa/Jacuzzi overlooks the lake
and has an oversized, split level, sunny, screened decking area with piped music just right for
you to soak up the wonderful all year round Florida sunshine or - if it's shade you need - sit
under the shaded Lanai with it's ceiling fan. Pool towels are provided.
All doors to the pool area have child safety alarms and a roll-away screen is available to
to screen off the pool, giving added security for your young children.
There are four large sun beds with drinks tables and a large poolside dining table and chairs
for a spot of 'al fresco' dining.
PICTURE taking an evening dip in the Spa, drink in hand, watching the evening sunset over the
lake - then dinner by the pool under the moonlight. All this set against the backdrop of your
very own 'light show' - courtesy of our four-color fibre optic UNDERWATER POOL AND
SPA LIGHTING!
It is not quite as spectacular as our 'neighbours' at Walt Disney World but it provides a restful
and picturesque setting from which to marvel at those amazing Florida sunsets.
