Property Description
The house comprises 5 bedrooms over 2 storeys. There are TVs & either DVD or VCRs in every bedroom. The Master bedroom downstairs is very large with a king-size bed, 2 walk-in closets & en-suite bathroom. It also includes an en-suite Nursery area with cot & bedding & mobile, highchair, changing table & pad, stroller & carseat- all at no extra cost. There is a further twin-bedded room downstairs. Upstairs a further twin-bedded room can share a bathroom with a large double bedroom. The 2nd master bedroom with queen size bed has it's own en-suite bathroom. There are also 2 power fans for extra cooling, if required.
Downstairs there is a fully-fitted kitchen with many appliances & a breakfast bar, as well as both casual & formal dining areas & a cloakroom. There is a Cable TV, with DVD. 3 Cordless Telephones (free local calls), one with ansaphone. Air-conditioning/heating throughout. All bed linen, bathroom & pool towels provided. Separate utility room with large washer & dryer. 2 living areas, one leading to the patio/pool area.
Each Window in the house has been framed by voiles. The owners have spent much time to personalize their home & are constantly adding additional features.

Outside - The upgraded 28x14 ft pool has underwater lighting & optional heating. There is also a full-size heated Jacuzzi/Spa. Outside the lake view is fabulous, there is plenty of top quality patio furniture, including our new pool bar. There is a cooling fan as well. The new George Foreman BBQ is now available. Plants both real & artificial help to complement the lakeside environment. We also have 2 mountain bikes for guest use
