Our villa is located on the gorgeous Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club
Property Description
We love our villa in the sun, so please come and relax and enjoy the fantastic surroundings of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club.
Our villa sits in the gorgeous location of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, a stunning championship course. For the keen golfer this means playing on one of America’s top 100 golf courses. It is a renowned Golf Digest 4 star rated course, modelled on St Andrews.
Our villa is located on a private gated community, which has full night-time security.
Our villa is cared for by our management company which are on call 24 hours a day, thus ensuring that the villa, pool and general surroundings are immaculate at all times.
The golf course has its own luxurious club house with bar and restaurant and a fully stocked pro golf shop. There are three community swimming pools, gym, tennis courts, children’s play area and fishing / boating lake.
Just outside the gates, within walking distance, is a Wal-Mart Superstore, a Winn Dixie, a Dollar Tree, Taco Bell, Pizza and a Service Station. Across the road there is a Blockbuster Store, McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Checkers a Chinese Restaurant and the All Star Bar & Grill.
The villa will accomodate up to 8 people, with a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A second double bedroom, and a third bedroom with twin beds.
The large lounge diner has a large sofa bed which can also be used to sleep 2 people.
The lounge diner contains a large TV with cable, cd player, dvd player, Sony Playstation 2 and telephone for your enjoyment.
The kitchen contains all modern appliancies including large fridge/freezer, microwave, range, disposal and breakfast nook. A washer and dryer is contained within the integral garage.
The villa is completely air-conditioned and patio doors lead outside to the screened pool area.
The pool and deck area is fully screened, and pool can be heated during the winter months for a supplement.
