Property Description
Our carefully chosen Florida home is situated on the prestigious private gated community of The Manors at Westridge. On the estate there is a Community clubhouse with large swimming pool, fitness room and function rooms and is available for the exclusive use of owners and their guests.
For the avid golfers there is a championship 18 whole course half-a-mile away and other courses only a short drive from the villa. Situated on Highway 27 and minutes from the 1-4 and192, the villa is within easy reach of the major Orlando attractions, and only 10 minutes away from Disney and on a direct route to Tampa and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Our luxuriously furnished villa is fully air-conditioned.
It comprises of 4 bedrooms, one of which have en-suite facilities (ideal for two families sharing). The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, an en-suite with a large shower, (a door from the en-suite leads to the pool area which is alarmed for safety of young guest), a walk-in closet and an additional cable TV.Patio doors open out to the pool area.
The second large bedroom has a Queen sized bed, and shares a large bathroom with shower. Bath and large built-in wardrobe. The two twin bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes one has TV/DVD/XBOXS and share the third bathroom which has a bath with shower and doors at either end, making easy access from both ends of the villa.The large family room has a Queen size sleeper sofa for two people, and two more sofa‘s, to relax on.
At the other end of the large family room there is a formal dining table and chairs for six people.
The fully equipped kitchen has cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all you need to cater for up to ten people also has a breakfast bar so you will not miss out on those holiday chats.Outside, the covered lanai and extended south facing, private pool area, backing onto a private walled garden complete this wonderful holiday home. The floodlit pool slopes from 3ft to 6ft with steps leading into it at two points. A washer and dryer are situated in the utility room with Iron and Ironing board free to use. A large double garage which has access from the inside of the villa, Which will become a games room in febuary 2005.
We appreciate that the "little extras" sometimes added locally can increase a family's budget and so we provide, absolutely free of charge, a travel cot, highchair, Double garage and Double parking space , this Florida villa has it all for your holiday to remember.
