Location
Indian Creek is a lakeside community and for your enjoyment it has a recreation area with tennis court, putting green, children's playground and a multi-purpose court. Also for those energetic souls there is a jogging circuit around one of the storm lakes.
Indian Creek is one of the most sought after communities, not just because of the fantastic properties built by one of Florida’s leading builders but also due to its superb location just off highway 192, less than 4 miles from Disney. It is virtually on Disney’s doorstep - you just can’t get much closer than this!
Disney is just a 5 minute drive away and with shops, restaurants, supermarket, chemist and walk in medical centre just a 2 minute drive away in a shopping plaza on highway 192, the location is just perfect.

If you are ready to relax & unwind in beautiful & comfortable surroundings then look no further than our villa, it is in a much sought after location, being just 3 miles from the entrance to Magic Kingdom, it is so close that from the sundeck area you can look across & see the "Tree of Life" at Animal Kingdom, & in the evening I love the fact that you can sit at the side of your very own heated pool* with a nice glass of wine & watch the firework display at Magic Kingdom Castle!! & at night to the right you can see the lights of "Downtown Disney" our villa puts you really close to the Magic of it all!
The villa is at a Premier location called Indian Creek, we have taken great care in decorating & furnishing the home to a very high standard, it is set in a peaceful, quiet rural complex & Indian Creek has it's own children's play area, putting green & sports area. Being only about 15 minutes away from Universal Studios, Sea World & WET "n" WILD water park on International Drive & especially for the serious shoppers amongst you, about 15 mins from world famous Designer Outlets!
(Few things about the area near by)
Just about half a mile from the villa is a great selection of restaurants (OUTBACK STEAKS, RED LOBSTER & CARRABBAS possibly the best Italian in the World!!) as well as a good selection of Take aways for the nights you may stay in (if any!). In the same place there is also a pharmacy, a well stocked Super Market, Beauty Salon & a Tourist information centre, less than 20 minutes away are some of the most challenging Championship Golf Courses in the whole of Florida.
"Imagine this..............it's 7.30am & our kids have been awake for ages - today will be their first big day at DisneyWorld, Grandma & Grandad are even more excited, Grandad's in the shower of one of the master suites - singing his favourite Disney themes & Gran has made her escape to the kitchen, she's cooking breakfast. My wife is in our bathroom of the other master suite having a leisurely soak in the King-size heart shaped corner bath & our friends daughter is in the bathroom next to the 3rd bedroom making herself beautiful for Goofy (no that's not what we call our son). Even one of the teenagers is up and getting ready in the 3rd bathroom shared by the twin rooms. Me? I'm just relaxing after my early morning dip in the over size heated pool* - & then I'll have Gran's breakfast sat by the pool, I like these quieter moments in the mornings I can sit & watch the sun rise to the East as the Hot Air balloons come over my head!
The 3 mile trip to Disney will be a breeze & we'll be there for opening time, beating all the queues - & then we'll come back for a break in the middle of the day, a healthy lunch, probably my turn to make it!
You wouldn't have managed any of this if you had booked a motel - & this is a lot cheaper........"
Our air conditioned villa is on a development of new rental homes, comprising of the 2 Master bedrooms, one has a sumptuous en-suite with large double shower, King-size Heart shaped corner bath & "his & hers" wash basins, Cable TV, phone & French doors which look onto the extended sun deck area which surrounds the large 30 ft heated* pool. (*optional payment)
The 2nd Master bedroom also has a full en-suite with bath & shower, Cable TV, VCR & Radio, then a twin bedroom with walk-in wardrobes, near this room is a single French door out to the pool area & then a final bedroom which has a Triple bunk bed, with a double at the bottom & a single bed on top, this is great for the children!, in here the kids have their very own Cable TV, DVD player & VCR, these 2 rooms share a bathroom which has a full bath & shower.
You will adore the spacious & stylish family room which has a king size bed settee, Cable TV, DVD, CD player & VCR with a great selection of videos & DVD's for the children & some for the grown ups!.
Set to the side we have placed an elegant dining table for those more formal dining occasions, with settings for 6 people, in the kitchen area there is also a diner table to seat 4 & we have complemented the fully fitted kitchen with a Dishwasher, cooker, Microwave, Fridge / Freezer with built in ice maker, toaster, coffee maker etc
From the lounge there are double French doors looking onto the Lanai (covered porch area) we found at night this is a perfect place to have your evening meal or read a book. The sundeck area has been extended in length by 14ft & made 6ft wider at each side, for your added comfort you can relax in the Florida sunshine on one of the 6 soft furnished sun lounges. For the children's safety all the doors have exit alarms on them & if needed there can be a pool safety fence erected during your stay for any very young children, we have made available at no extra charge a babies high chair for meal times, a pushchair (stroller) for baby at birth to about 4 years, a travel cot (crib) & in the garage there are 2 child safety seats, a booster which is ok for upto age 7 & a child safety seat that fixes in the car which is for baby at birth upto about 3 years old, these are all free to use during your holiday.
