The villa is located in Indian Ridge, Kissimmee. Is approximately 5 miles from Walt Disney World and close to all other attractions, restaurants and shops.It is a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and 45 minute drive from Sanford Airport.
Property Description
Large 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom fully air-conditioned villa with private heated screened pool and Jacuzzi.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with bath + shower en-suite & patio doors leading out to pool area.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes. There are 2 further bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes in both.
In addition to the en-suite bathroom there is a further family bathroom also with bath and shower. This bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
The lounge area has three seater and two seater sofa's, one of which pulls out to make a double bed enabling the villa to sleep 10 people There is a remote control colour television with cable TV.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, waste disposal and all crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table within the kitchen area and patio doors leading onto the pool.Leading off the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board. There is an additional large dining room with an 8 seater dining table, three seater sofa and two chairs.
The pool and separate Jacuzzi are south facing and benefit from the sun all day. They are fully screened from insects and can both be heated if required. Pool furniture and sun loungers are provided.The villa is equipped with all towels, bedding linen etc. It has a telephone and full smoke detectors.
