Rotonda West, Central Gulf Coast, near to Englewood and Port Charlotte. Our villa is located on Long Marsh Golf Course.
Property Description
Our non-smoking home features a master bedroom with king-size bed, private bathroom with twin sinks, walk-in shower and cubicle toilet, walk-in closet and patio doors to lanai/pool deck. Second bedroom with Queen bed and walk-in closet with patio doors to lanai/pool deck Third bedroom has twin beds and walk-in closet. Bathroom with door leading to the pool area. There is also a pool shower outside with hot/cold water. The great room has large patio doors opening out onto the lanai and pool area where you can experience fabulous sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a breakfast bar looking onto the dining nook which also has patio doors leading onto the lanai and pool area.
