Location
Our newly built villa in 2005 is in the executive development at Sandy Ridge. This is in a quiet development surrounded by conservation woodland but is only under 15 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks. Its convenient location also means that you can reach Universal Studios in less than 30 minutes and Seaworld in 20 minutes. Orlando Airport is 30 minutes drive.
The villa is 5 minutes from junction 28 of the I4 at the Champions gate exit. These are your nearest shops including supermarket, pharmacist, fast food and petrol station. Only a little further and you have available the many shops and restaurants on the 192 highway.
Away from Orlando and within one hours drive are the beautiful sandy beaches of either the East or West coastline and also Busch Gardens at Tampa for further theme park thrills.
For golf fanatics there are plenty of courses nearby. Champions Gate as mentioned above has a course designed by David Leadbetter and Greg Norman and many more within easy each.
Property Description
Our villa is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property with almost 2000 square feet of living accommodation. It is on a 50’ wide plot with conservation woodland views to the rear and has a 30’ x 15’ luxury swimming pool which has optional heating. The pool is west facing giving excellent exposure to the sun and is ideal to come home to and relax after a busy day out. There are sun loungers, patio table and chairs for your enjoyment with covered lanai and ceiling fan.
There are two master bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and two twin bedrooms with their own bathroom. One master bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk in wardrobe and the other has a king sized bed and all bedrooms have ample built in wardrobe space. We have a cot and high chair available if required.
A fully fitted kitchen makes catering easy if you do not wish to eat out and there is a separate laundry room. Adjacent to the kitchen is a “nook” with a breakfast table.
All furnishings have been carefully chosen to make our guests comfortable. The lovely family lounge which has patio doors to the pool area has two sofas and an armchair and TV/DVD. There is a separate lounge adjacent again with two sofas and armchair and within this area is a formal dining area which comfortably seats 6 people.
There are also additional TV/DVD systems and a playstation so that everyone is catered for including the children.
The villa is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in every room in order to keep you cool on those hot Florida days.
Everything you should possibly need is provided for you. All you should need to bring is your swimsuit.

Consideration will be given for a stay of less than one week but will be the subject of agreed rental rates which can be provided on enquiry.

Payment in US Dollars will be based on the Exchange Rate at the time of Deposit and Final Payment
