Rick and Karen welcome you to there 3 bed 2 bath luxurious fully air conditioned florida villa.
We are situated at beautiful prestigious Crescent Lakes just off the Poinciana blvd which is only 10-15 minutes from Disney World.
Our villa is ideally located for those who are looking for all the major attractions, theme parks, golf courses and for those who enjoy to sit and relax in peaceful surroundings.
Property Description
When you arrive you will be impressed by the villa's location and beauty, it has it's own landscaped gardens with palm tree's and georgous plants with the comfort of complete privacy when you are in the pool area.
Surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with complete provicy this villa boasts a 33ft x 17ft x 9ft deep pool with spa and pleanty of decking. For those who like to relax in the shade we have spacious lanai area with loungers.
So when you return from a long day at one of the many attraction's switch on the radio and pool speakers turn on the pool lights and relax in the spa.
There are 2 living area's which one has surround sound, tv, dvd, hifi and video, 2 dinning area's, 3 bedroom's, 2 bathroom's, large kitchen, Extra large pool, mains gas BBQ and a double garage.
There are 3 bedrooms, the Master which is beautifully furnished and has a king size bed, TV, Video, beautiful pine furniture and an en-suite bathroom with large shower 'His & Hers ' marble vanity unit.
Then there is the second bedroom which has a queen size bed, drawers and plenty of closet space with TV and Video and share a second full bathroom . Then there is a twin room with 2 single beds, drawers, TV/Video and DVD player and plenty of closet space and share a second full bathroom which also leads out on to the pool area.
