Sleeping up to ten people the villa is ideally suited for two families. Shops and restaurants are just two minutes away.
The villa has four bedrooms (two en-suite) a third bathroom and its own 26-foot pool and deck enclosed in a screen. The pool area is in the sun for most of the day and has padded loungers and chairs.
Property Description
This is a luxury four-bed villa with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) fully furnished. This luxury home comes complete with Cable TV, Video and Hi-Fi. There is also a separate formal dining area incorporated into the main living room, a kitchen nook is available for less formal meals.
Air-conditioning, private pool, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, iron, fridge-freezer with built-in ice maker, waste disposal, separate microwave oven, Telephone with credit card calls, 4 cable TVs DVD and video, Hi-Fi, 3 hairdryers, BBQ, double garage.
The gas-heated pool is fully screened, with a large sundeck. The deck can be reached from 3 areas of the villa and is fully furnished with padded sun beds, seats and patio table to accommodate eight people. On site there is a fenced children’s play area, tennis courts, basketball court and a putting green.
