Our luxury privately-owned villa is situated in the peaceful community of Eagle Pointe in Kissimmee, and is ideally located to take advantage of all the Orlando area has to offer. Highway 192 is only a few minutes away with its many attractions, restaurants and shops, including a large 24-hour Wal-Mart store.
The main theme parks are within easy reach of Eagle Pointe, and DisneyWorld is 12 minutes drive away.
Property Description
This luxury spacious villa has a private pool and deck area which overlooks a beautiful lake, and faces west to make the most of the Florida sunshine. It provides the perfect setting to watch the spectacular evening sunsets, while relaxing after a busy day at the parks.
The villa is air-conditioned and is fully furnished and equipped, including linens and towels.
The floors are tiled, with the exception of the bedrooms which are carpeted.
The lounge area has 2 sofas, cable TV, home theatre system with DVD/CD player, Playstation 2 and ceiling fan. Sliding doors open onto the pool area with covered lanai, table chairs and sun-loungers.
There is a separate formal dining area with large table and 6 chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer including ice-maker, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and telephone. There is a breakfast area with table and 4 chairs, together with 2 bar stools, for informal dining. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV and VCR, telephone, radio/alarm clock, ceiling fan and views over the lake. There is a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower and twin vanity basins.
There is also a queen-bedded room, 2 twin-bedded rooms and another bathroom.
The garage houses the games room with table-tennis, table football and electronic darts (soft-tipped).
All local, long distance and international telephone calls are FREE, and a travel cot/crib, high chair and hair dryers are provided free of charge.
Our local management company is located nearby for peace of mind.
