Location
Located in Orange Tree estate which is a 15 minute drive away from Disney World and is close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Property Description
Our villa is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have en-suite facilities. The third and fourth bedrooms share a third bathroom.
The villa has a large family room and a seperate dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a breakfast area complete with table and chairs.
The pool is 30' x 15' and is south facing complete with sun loungers, table and chairs with plenty of deck space to sunbathe. The pool also has a jacuzzi/hot tub and a lanai which is a shaded area just off the living room to escape the sun.
The family room and all bedrooms are equipped with televisions and cable tv. There are hairdryers in all of the bathrooms. Children are catered for extensively with a travel cot/playpen, high chair and stroller as well as child friendly safety fencing for the pool area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a queen size bed in the second bedroom and the third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. The sofa in the family room also doubles up as a very comfortable sofa bed.
The property has a double garage which also doubles up as a washing room complete with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The garage also contains a table football table.
