Location
Solana is an exclusive gated community situated off US 27 (just south of its intersection with US 192), located approximately 15 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Close to all amenities, Solana benefits from a beautiful landscaped entrance and numerous guest facilities – enjoy the comfort and convenience of a private villa, with the additional benefits of a resort-style community right on your doorstep.
Property Description
The front door opens onto the fully tiled lobby which itself leads into:
THE DINING ROOM
The dining room is fully carpeted and contains a formal dining table with 6 chairs. It looks out to the front of the villa through 2 arched windows.
THE LIVING ROOM
The living room is also fully carpeted and contains a 3 seater sleeper sofa, a 2 seater sofa, an armchair, coffee table and 2 matching end tables. The room is situated to the front of the villa.
From the dining room and living room an archway leads into:
THE NOOK
The nook has a dining table and 4 chairs. It is situated to the rear of the property and looks onto the kitchen and the Family Room
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
Full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener and telephone.

THE FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and 2 end tables. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort, and there is a 28" colour TV which is linked to cable and a DVD/Audio CD player. In the cabinet you will find numerous CDs and DVDs (including many latest releases and Disney films) for your entertainment. A set of patio doors leads out onto the covered porch, lanai and pool.
1ST MASTER BEDROOM AND ENSUITE BATHROOM
The 1st master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, clock radio, telephone and cable TV. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. Patio doors lead directly onto the covered porch and pool. Between the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom there is a walk in closet where there is a safe for your use.
The en-suite bathroom comprises vanity unit, separate WC, bath tub, large shower, hair dryer, and fully tiled floor.
2ND MASTER BEDROOM AND EN-SUITE BATHROOM
The 2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a dresser, 2 night stands, clock radio, telephone, double wardrobe and cable TV. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort.
The en-suite bathroom comprises a vanity unit, WC, bath tub with overhead shower and a fully tiled floor.
BEDROOMS 3 AND 4
The 3rd double bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, radio, 2 walk-in double wardrobes and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Between these 2 bedrooms there is a 3rd bathroom comprising vanity unit, WC, and bath with overhead shower. The floor is fully tiled.
The 4th double bedroom has 2 twin beds, a dresser, radio, a walk-in double wardrobe.
POOL, SPA, LANAI AND SUNDECK
The pool is East-West oriented for maximum sunshine. The surround and patio is paved for coolness (you don't burn your feet however hot the day is), is fully screened and incorporates a luxury spa.
The 26’ swimming pool can be heated if required. One end is 3' deep for the safety of children and non-swimmers the other 5'. It is well away from any traffic noise. Patio tables with chairs and sun loungers are provided together with a gas barbecue. The covered lanai/porch area (22’ x 40'). There are security bars and alarms on all doors leading to the pool area from inside the villa to ensure the safety of your children.
MISCELLANEOUS INFO
The villa is a non-smoking villa and it also has a double integral garage. For the younger children a cot, high chair and potty are available
