This immaculate villa is located within the picturesque and exclusive community of Sandy Ridge, less than 15 minutes drive to the heart of Disney World and within easy reach of all other major theme parks and attractions. This is a wonderful location, being only minutes to the Interstate 4 and Championsgate where you will find many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, post office and Beauty salon.
Sandy Ridge is new community located in between two large wooded reserves and is highly regarded as one of Orlando's best places to live. Being in between the two reserves makes this the ideal place to spend time by the pool after a busy day at the parks.

All rooms are decorated to the highest standards and have a bright and airy feel. For the hotter months there is full air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room. The villa has been furnished in a contemporary manor with the emphasis on style and comfort. The attention to detail within the villa is second to none.
Why not use our FREE – Wireless Internet PC and keep in contact with friends and family back home, or play some pool, airhockey or ping pong in our games room.
The villa has 2 large master En-suite bedrooms, these have large walk in showers, Cable TV and ample storage for your stay. Master 1 has a large King Size bed and Master 2 has a queen size bed.
Twin rooms 1 & 2 have large twin beds, Cable TV, Playstation 2 (with games) or DVD.
The kitchen is fully loaded with all the facilities you would expect to have in your own home from home – Large Freezer, Dish washer, Washing machine, dryer, toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker and baby equipment.

Our preferred method of payment is via UK or US Cheque or Bank transfer to our UK or US account. We do now accept PAYPAL; please inform us if you require paying using this method.
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 20% secures the booking and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. If the booking is less than 10 weeks the amount is to be paid in full. A booking is not confirmed until clearance of this deposit.
